Thermal Grizzly Thermal Paste Spatula (3-pack) and Cleaning Wipes Bundle

This kit includes the Thermal Grizzly Spatulas and Cleaning Wipes.

Since liquid metal paste, as the name suggests, is relatively liquid, the Thermal Grizzly spatulas are the ideal aid for spreading the paste.

With this pack you get three black Thermal Grizzly spatulas , which allow the application or even distribution of a liquid metal thermal paste. However, The liquid metal thermal paste must not be used with aluminum contact surfaces and never comes into contact with electrically conductive components.

CPU coolers with aluminum coldplate can not be used, instead the materials copper, nickel or silver are recommended. Especially with Intel Haswell, Devil's Canyon and Broadwell processors care must be taken that the liquid metal paste does not come into contact with the numerous technical components under or next to the heat spreader.

Also with Skylake and / or Kaby Lake CPUs there are some contact points, which should be covered with tape for security, if necessary, and even with AMD CPUs appropriate caution is advised.

TG Cleaning Wipes are cleaning cloths for cleaning surfaces so that thermal conductive materials such as thermal pastes or liquid metal can adhere well and thus develop their full thermal conductivity. Assembly aids such as the TG Kapton Insulation Sheet or the TG Shield protective coating also adhere better to cleaned surfaces. TG Cleaning Wipes are packaged as a practical complete set of 40 cleaning cloths.
