Good stuffFirst time using this paste. Put it in an Alienware 15 R3, with an i7-7700HQ and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB GDDR5) onboard. 5c and 7c lower on CPU/GPU respectively at idle. Under load(iRacing for example medium to high settings), 4c lower on CPU and 5c lower on GPU. More consistent under load too, which is a big plus in my book.
