7800x3d and 9950x3d successful delidsIt's terrifying, it's a hand workout, and it'll drop your temps at least 10 degrees C if you do it right, but the Delid Die Mate is the only way to get it done successfully without an iron, some floss and a deal with the delid gods. Your journey isn't done once the IHS is off, but it's arguably the most difficult part and is only possible with the Delid Die Mate.
