Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Liquid Metal Thermal Paste (5g), Kapton Insulation Sheet and TG-Remove Bundle

This kit includes the Conductonaut Liquid Metal thermal compound, Kapton Insulation Sheet and the TG-Remove (10mL).

Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut is a liquid metal thermal compound based on a eutectic alloy. Thanks to a special mixing ratio of tin, gallium and indium, among others, a very high thermal conductivity is achieved. We recommend applying Conductonaut to nickel-plated copper as this offers the best long-term stability.

Kapton Insulation Sheet is an assembly aid for electrically conductive thermal interface material (TIM). It is ideal for masking components such as SMDs on a CPU or GPU if they are to be used with Conductonaut liquid metal, Carbonaut or KryoSheet.

Kapton Insulation Sheet is a polyamide film that can be used at high temperatures up to 280 degrees Celsius and acts as an assembly aid for electrically conductive thermal interface material (TIM). It is ideal for covering components such as SMDs on a CPU or GPU if they are to be used with Conductonaut liquid metal, Carbonaut or KryoSheet.

Kapton Insulation Sheet is supplied packaged in 10 sheets of 5 Kapton adhesive strips each. Each individual adhesive strip is 10 mm wide and 60 mm long, with a thickness of 40 µm. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the contact surface to which the Insulation Sheet is applied.

TG Remove is an acetone based nano-cleaner for the best cleaning results of thermal paste. In addition TG Remove has a degreasing effect which helps preparing the surface for new application e. g. on CPUs.

TG Remove was developed by Thermal Grizzly with the focus on removing thermal paste and residues in the most efficient way. The cleaner has deep cleansing properties which helps removing remaining conventional thermal paste but also liquid metal based thermal compounds such as Conductonaut.

The degreasing effect helps to prepare the surface for best liquid metal application.
