We provide more than 100% IHS coverage (the metal lid on top of the CPU), allowing fluid cooling across the entire CPU surface area. Full IHS coverage is crucial for Threadripper CPUs, especially the latest high core count models.

Optimus sets another record for flattest cold plate on the market. Optimus machines blocks to 1 micro-inch (µin) surface finish. This is 0.025 microns of roughness (measuring the peaks and valleys of the surface).Other cold plates are over 400% rougher than Optimus coldplates.

THE FINEST FINS EVER CREATED
Over three years of development went into creating our truly next-level patent-pending fin technology. Using a fully CNC machining process, Optimus is able to achieve 0.1mm fins with 0.2mm micro channels. Our 3rd generation cold plates have been specifically redesigned for each CPU to remove heat even more efficiently.
