By using EDM machining techniques with aerospace aluminum alloy, we’ve been able to achieve a super low profile wall thickness of 1.3mm and a hole spacing of 4.3mm center on center without losing any of the rigidity you need at 4mm thick. 

With the sleek snug fit of these new combs, your custom sleeving will make the statement it should without the interruption of bulky more fragile acrylic combs. 

Available in both single and dual row configurations and a wide range of hole sizes and patterns, Mod One’s low-profile combs will keep your custom sleeving job together without stealing the spotlight.
