MOD-ONE Custom PC Cable Wire, 16AWG/2.4mm OD, 1000 Meters, Black

This is no ordinary 16AWG PSU wire. It has been specially made for use in sleeved PC power supply cables. There is absolutely no writing on the wire so that there would be no chance of the contrasting letters and numbers bleeding through your artfully crafted cables. The outside diameter is 2.4mm so that it fills out the sleeve creating thick full looking cables. This wire is unusually easy to train because of its special internal construction. That means this wire will hold its shape better and will train faster.

The wire is packaged on a large spool which reduces "memory" in the wire. Most wire is only sold on small spools. This may be convenient for some, but for making custom cables that require precision lengths, this can be a problem. The problem is that each piece of wire from a small spool must be straightened out over and over again before it can be properly hand measured, cut and sleeved.
