Easy and reliableThese work great, have used several pairs of them over the years and never had one fail. They are easy to install and have a very quick and satisfying couple/decouple mechanism that works without leakage. I have no experience with the black version, but have read that they tended to fail because bits of black coating would come off and foul the coupling. I don't know if this issue was fixed, but might be why the black ones are on half price clearance now. The silver ones are great though!
