Be the first to contact us! We will only be accepting one air cooler/backplate for any one video card model.

Step 1. Review the video card list below.

Step 2. If you see your video card, and would like to loan us the air cooler and backplate for store credit, please send an email to [email protected] with the following:

1. Clear picture of the top of the air cooler showing the fans (see example photo below)
2. Clear picture of the bottom of the air cooler. All thermal grease and/or pads must be removed (see example photo below)
3. Clear picture of the top of the GPU backplate (see example photo below)
4. Full name and address (US residents only)
    
       

Step 3. We will contact you to either accept or deny your submission. If accepted, Titan Rig will provide further instruction as well as a pre-paid shipping label.

Step 4. Once the cooler and backplate have been received, we will confirm the GPU air cooler and backplate are correct and issue the store credit to your account.

Step 5. Within 2-4 weeks after receiving the cooler and backplate, we will send it back to you via FedEx Ground shipping. 

Important – please read before contacting us about loaning your GPU air cooler and backplate:

• A customer account at titanrig.com is required. Click here to create an account
• All thermal paste and/or thermal pads MUST be removed
• If the air cooler and backplate sent does not match the air cooler and backplate in the images sent, it will be rejected, and we will not be responsible for shipping expenses to send the item back to you.
• Store credit cannot be refunded.
• The factory sticker with barcode and model number on the backplate must be intact and untampered with.
