Missing the proper IO mounting bracketThe kit I purchased was for the Suprim RTX 5090, but I, for some reason, received the parts kit for an FE RTX and not a Suprim. The parts came in an individual box separate from the cooling unit, and it very clearly states on the back that it's for a different unit. I unfortunately did not notice this until I was ready to install it and couldn't find the appropriate bracket in the box. Looking at other reviews, I'm not alone in this issue.

We apologize you also had this issue of the wrong installation kit being included with the block. As of September 15th, 2025, all in stock EKWB EK-Quantum Vector 3 Suprim RTX 5090 GPU Water Blocks have been inspected. All blocks found with the incorrect installation kits have been removed from inventory. -
Having doubts about it and I haven't even put liquid in it yet.The thermal pads they give aren't what they describe in the manual and the instructions aren't the clearest, so I matched the pictures with the matching thickness and I'm hoping for the best. But hat will have to wait because It arrived missing the mounting plate for the IO Plate. I contacted their support and they want an EAN, but the mounting plate isn't listed on the parts list, just a drawing of it on the visual list of parts, and you see it again in the instructions at the most critical moment of putting it back together. Stinks to have to cleanup a project when you aren't finished.
