LeaksReceived this block, followed the instructions and got my card installed. Was a relatively simple process, installed the plugs and went to run a leak test at .5 bar and the card will not hold pressure. Thought it might be my tester so checked it against a radiator that I know passes and the leak tester isn’t the issue so now I have to tear apart the block to check all the gaskets for any issues that could be causing the leak. Not what I would expect for a block that costs this much.

Matrix 7 comes in clutch againI went with a custom loop a few years ago and I’m happy I went with matrix 7 products! I had a MSI 4090 mounted in my MSI 700R case. I upgraded the motherboard, CPU block and also went with an Astral 5090. The Astral block appeared to have the same measurements for the tube locations. Lo and behold, my hardline tubes fit perfectly with the 5090 block. One complaint I have about EK blocks has to do with the RGB. We are in 2025 and we still do not have diffused RGB on these expensive blocks?
