The LOWARA/LAING DDC is an electronically commutated spherical motor pump, with an estimated life of well over 50,000 hours at 12 volts.
A spherically shaped rotor unit that rests on an ultra-hard, wear-resistant ceramic bearing ball is the only moving part on a spherical motor pump. The bearing is therefore self-adjusting.
All parts exposed to water are completely corrosion resistant.
