You will need an allen-head / hex-key tool in 2.0 mm version for these screws.

M3 is the winding, which is used everywhere inside a PC and many other electrical devices. For electrical insulation purposes, you can always use our M3 brainwashers as an insulator between screw and object. Of course the M3 brainwashers will also protect surfaces and paints from scratching.
