Not goodOrdered a pump reservoir and it did not come with a power cable. I have tried reaching out per their website through an email for support and no response. I called they said I would hear back in a few min.... Nothing. After 2-3 hours I called back and same thing. After 6 hours I had to leave a message and no response. They are now refusing to accept a return if I send it back. I only got it 24 hours ago and there is supposed to be a 90 return policy. All I need is answers.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. As mentioned in our replies to your email, the Aquacomputer ULTITUBE D5 NEXT 200 PRO Pump/Reservoir Combo does not come with a power cable. It is powered directly by your PSU and uses the SATA power cable from your power supply. I am very sorry if there was some confusion, but we did not refuse a return. As mentioned in our email conversation, we will gladly initiate the RMA process if you are not happy with your purchase and process a refund upon the items return.
Additionally, I apologize for the delay in our response to you. Our technical support is currently only available via email, and we are not always able to offer an immediate response, but we do try to respond as quickly as we can. -
Junk Run AwayThis unit is an absolute joke and Titan Rig should be ashamed for even selling this trash. No instructions, not enough plugs for the minimal LED (100 and others have 2 usb to led for control, 200 comes with only one) and forget an actual power plug for the pump buy a SATA cable to go with your 300-400 purchase. A true piece of trash. I threw it away and ordered from thermal take. The thing is so bad, I would rather eat the cost of it than return it and risk Titan Rig or anyone else having this piece of trash foisted on them. On an up note, all my water blocks and other products from TItan Rig have been amazing. This product doesn't need to be restocked.
