Alphacool Eisblock Aurora RX 7900XTX Red Devil Water Block with Backplate and Aurora 180 Degree Terminal Bundle

This bundle includes the Eisblock Aurora RX 7900XTX Red Devil Water Block and the Aurora 180 Degree Terminal.

Alphacool introduces the latest generation of the Eisblock Aurora water cooler for Radeon RX 7XXX graphics cards. The water cooler has been optimized to dissipate the enormous waste heat properties of this graphics card generation in the best possible way. The fin structure has been adjusted and the nozzle plate modified to allow better water flow and optimal water distribution on the cooling fins.

Technical highlights
The fin thickness of this generation of ice block coolers is 0.4 mm, as is the distance between the cooling fins. The jet plate has a revised inlay that distributes the water pressure better to the fins and optimizes heat absorption. The adjusted water flow helps the water to achieve a better inflow angle.

Chrome-plated copper
The radiator base is made entirely of chrome-plated copper, which is more resistant to acids, scratches and damage than nickel plating. Chrome-plated radiators have so far only been used in the industrial sector to cope with extreme influences on the radiator. In addition, chrome plating looks much more homogeneous and offers a shine that cannot be achieved with nickel plating.

Design
The Aurora design of the Radeon RX 7XXX Eisblock generation is visually calmer and simpler. The cooler is enclosed by a single O-ring. The construction around the cooling fins and the jetplate ensures a clearer look. The lighting of the digitally addressable RGB LEDs is even better distributed in the cooler thanks to the chrome plating. The shape of the terminal corresponds to the classic Aurora design.

Thermal Compound & Thermal Pads
Included is Alphacool's Subzero thermal compound, which is one of the highest performing thermal compounds on the market. In addition, Alphacool Soft Pads with a thickness of 1 mm are used for the voltage converters and the graphics memory. The pads for the back of the PCB are 3mm thick. The thermal conductivity of the pads is 7 W/mK or 3 W/mK. The electrically non-conductive Thermal Grease is particularly well suited for high contact pressures and can still be processed perfectly thanks to its viscosity of 850,000 TF.

The Alphacool Aurora 180 degree Terminal enables flexible connection options for all Eisblock GPU coolers. Perfect for large-scale modding projects or for systems with limited space. The elegant design is rounded off by a magnetic cover.

Versatile connections
The Alphacool Eisblock Aurora 180° terminal replaces the pre-assembled terminal of the Eisblock GPU cooler. It positions the connectors above the backplate, significantly reducing the depth of the cooling block.
